Mediation is an opportunity for opposing parties to reach a quiet, efficient, and amicable resolution rather than deal with the uncertainty of trial. It may result in an agreement you and the other parties can live with. A settlement is often a better choice than trial because it may be less expensive, less stressful, and provides more privacy.

A New Jersey Superior Court Judge for 17 years, over thirteen years in Law Division, I offer private mediation services to attorneys and their clients attempting to resolve civil lawsuits pending in New Jersey.

As a lawyer, I represented both plaintiffs and defendants. Plaintiffs in lawsuits arising out of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, work site accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Defendant individuals, companies, and municipalities in personal injury lawsuits through their insurance company or third-party administrator.

Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney and later recertified. AV rating from Martindale Hubble for attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers.

I graduated from Boston College, magna cum laude, and received my law degree from St. Louis University.
